Hi Everyone,
Writing keeps me from screaming. This is what I mean.
This morning I had a bit of a harder time getting out of bed. My body was sore. I could lie in bed because I planned it that way. Just for the record, this rarely happens. You know, like jumping out of bed.
I am telling you this because life is not perfect. There are a lot of times where people just have to look at their day and suck it up—day after day! That is of course if they are lucky. Some of us have to suck it up week after week which naturally become month after month because that is what four and more weeks add up to. You know, if you are unlucky. And some of us are. And it sucks a lot. But so many of us do it because every day we chip away at whatever bull shit we are dealing with and finally begin to see there really is an end to the daily grind. Or at the very least that the daily grind is not completely grinding the life out of us. That is, of course, only because we will not let it. Some how we know that whatever it is we are going through is making us more creative, resilient, and yes stronger. I am telling you this because life is not perfect. It never has been and it never will be. Life is what we decide to make of it.
Slacking off one day does not bother me too much because I ran my butt off a few days in a row before. Is it any wonder that I am sore? Not really. I would rather be sore and yes tired because I was moving toward my goals than not. Life does not wait. It, like time, keeps moving whether we want it to or not.
Do not sit there and complain. Do something! When you find a way to move forward in your life you will move forward faster than you could ever believe. Just keep at it. The grind will get easier. Life will become manageable.
It’s called life. Make the best of it.

PS Each of us has made mistakes and most of us regret something we did or did not do. The past is not going to change. The future, as bleak as it may seem, still has a chance of being better only if we work at it. Life is not always fun yet we can have some every day. 😀
