Hi Everyone,
Today is the one year anniversary of my blog, A. Rebel’s Rant! ;D (For anyone who has been reading my blogs, I actually deleted my November 13, 2012 blog, so this is the true one year anniversary.) I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who reads my blog when they have time and for recommending it. I’ve had a lot of fun blogging and I really enjoy hearing all kinds of comments. I’ve made some changes in the blog since November 13, 2012. Some people like the changes and then others don’t. This is what I mean.
For one, I’ve added some new categories like Books, Wealth of Health and Relationships. Apparently TWO people are very upset and as I’ve been told by one of them, they are both, “disgusted!” that I’ve blogged about sex. I found that strong comment very interesting as the male of the couple reads my blog every day. One would think that would be a compliment but it’s not. The only reason, in my opinion, he reads my blog every day is so that he can tell his girlfriend what I blogged about and then pick my blogs apart. And the very thing he FIXATES on, are the 2-4 blogs where I discuss sex! My blogs about sex are a FAR cry from an X-rating! PG is more like it!
From ALL of the blogs that I have posted in the last year, as helpful as they may have been or will be to anyone who hasn’t read them yet, those blogs on SEX are the only ones he comments on. Now this couple is SO DISGUSTED by my 2-4 blogs on SEX that they refuse to promote my blog to anyone. Guess what? THAT’S OKAY!!! This is why.
The first rule in business is that you can’t please everyone all the time and if you try, you/your business will FAIL!!! Now normally I would tell this couple, who I’m hoping is having SEX, if only to relieve all the apparent stress I’ve caused them, to stop reading my blog altogether but I won’t for the simple fact that I have some blogs lined on self-examination, which they clearly need an abundance of! Because really if people have THAT much time on their hands to find fault with what I’m guessing is less than 2-3% of the blogs I’ve posted they really need help helping themselves.
The second rule of business is to, “be yourself,” because people like/love real, you know, authentic people! The saying, “I’d rather be a first rate version of myself, then a second rate version of someone else,” rings true in every area of our lives. With that said, I’m going to blog about whatever I feel like or believe needs to be addressed.

On a side note: I seriously hope that it was a telemarketer and not someone checking up on me who left me talking to “dead air” the other day at 4:02 pm.
