Hi Everyone,
Happy Friday! For those of you who have been freezing in our Canadian winter, try to make it a happy and warm Friday. Today’s blog is a continuation of another blog I wrote earlier this month. I was going to blog about something else but I thought this would be a nice sign post. Here is today’s blog.
I Know That…
life is too short and not fair. I just hate waiting for Karma. No one is getting any younger.
a lot of people don’t keep their word and that screws up a lot of lives. Not keeping ones word once is bad enough but twice under similar circumstances has me speechless. Write that down in your calendar because it may not happen for a while.
the government never stops giving when it comes to my writing blogs. And yes, I was going to blog about one of the many arms of the government today yet decided against it. But it is on my Friday to-do list. And it’s a new arm of the government. As I said, the government never stops giving.
I think about someone a lot and called them yesterday. It was long overdue. A lot of things are. I also emailed them because I could. 🙂
most times I believe that things happen for a reason. When things get really hard and I can’t figure what the reason is I stop believing.
I ignore a lot of things. I don’t do that in hopes that they’ll go away. I do that so I can focus on what really needs my attention at that time.
I haven’t eaten a thing outside of potato chips and Nutella. I don’t put Nutella on potato chips. Thinking about it now gave me a wrinkle. I am serious. I felt a wrinkle form on my face when I thought and then typed that.
taxes need to be done it just takes me a couple of days to get started. I started. I am not near being done.
some people say that they don’t read my blogs but they do. And that’s okay. 🙂
I love books and just recommended one to my daughter tonight because she loves books too. Okay maybe not as much as me, but she still loves books.
my daughter is a GREAT young lady.
only three people know what GREAT means. One is me, the other my daughter and one male.
when someone asked me if I wanted to have more children I said yes.
I told someone, “IF someone tried to raise THAT, they FAILED MISERABLY!” I meant every syllable. I also sent the above sentence in a text to my daughter. She does not need to tell me how she has behaved in the past or how she behaves now. She is a GREAT young lady and was a GREAT child. Even if I didn’t raise her, people in general know that certain things are simply not done.
despite all the things I know, I know that there’s still a lot for me to learn.
